Must hold a valid certification/license as a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist.
Master’s degree.
3-5 years of experience in clinical laboratory science education that includes teaching courses, conducting, and managing learning experience, evaluating student achievement and competencies,
Providing input into curriculum development, policy and procedure formulation, and evaluation of program effectiveness.
Ability to demonstrate a commitment to working effectively with faculty, staff, and students from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Possess knowledge of education methods and administration, general human resource/personnel management.
Ability to supervise and evaluate of personnel, as well as current accreditation and certification procedures.
Possess experience working with a personal computer, using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (e-mail usage).
